Can't get it out of my head

30F here, something happened to me today on a crowded bus that I still find difficult to talk about. I was standing among a crowd of strangers, holding on as the bus jerked through traffic. There was barely any space, and people were pressed close together. At first, I didn't think much of the man standing behind me. I assumed he was simply trying to make room for himself. But then I felt his hand touch my b r e a s t. I shifted away, hoping he would get the message, but he did it again. This time, I knew it wasn't an accident. He was groping me, taking advantage of the crowd as though he had every right to touch my body. I felt a rush of shock, followed by a wave of fear and disgust. My heart was pounding, my hands felt cold.I wanted to turn around and shout at him. I wanted to push his hand away and ask the people around me to help. But when I tried to speak, nothing came out. It was as if my voice had disappeared. I stood there, frozen, desperately wishing I could move or say something, while the bus continued on its way as though nothing had happened. The fact that everyone around me seemed caught up in their own world made me feel even more alone. I was angry with him, frightened by what he was doing, and frustrated with myself for being unable to react. When I finally managed to move away, I couldn't stop thinking about it. Even after getting off the bus, I carried that awful feeling with me. I kept asking myself why I hadn't shouted, why I hadn't confronted him, and why I had let the moment pass without saying a word.

What should i do about it?
