Edit: finally beat him after two hours of bashing my head against the wall watching him spam pure blue on himself, he just used rain strike on camazotz four turns in a row and killed himself good riddance fuck you jack

I have a save right before the kenji fight in infernal tokyo. I've been on the neutral path for the majority of the game (and still currently am), with my overworld icon bobbing left and right instead of spinning in one direction. But after defeating kenji and talking to the whites, they tell me it's too late to select "destroy the order of things" and force me into the law route with jonathan. Why does this happen despite my icon showing neutral? Am I doomed to law or is there anything else i can do to pull it back towards neutral/chaos before it's too late?
