looking for an artist to do my hands and fingers. philly/jersey or NYC prefered. I've had my fingers done but the whole process was complicated and put a bad taste in my mouth. so id like to try one more time. the other issue is that what I want is kinda simple so it's hard to find an artist willing to do it. (for some reason all the artist i go only want to do big designs)

any recommendations are greatly appreciated thank you.

if it helps the design i want is basically blood all over my fingers and hand with cuts and/or stitches

BTW I pulled on GONR instantly cause I love the style, so the ability is just a bonus for me, it shouldn't be low key necessary. Even tho I've been breezing through the arenas I can imagine having to do that with base level abilities. And it's clear it's just a tactic to get people to pull which I think is just too sleezy. I also have that cat one from danqing island (forget the name) and played during timless melody and born flawless seasons and I don't think they've ever done something like this with the esslings before and it seems just so disgusting to me. This is meant to be a cozy dress up game so why are players being obliterated in arenas needed to get crafting materials so they can play said dress up?? This is just upsetting me so much.

I only have GA and would like to be as close as possible, I think i lines up at like noon or 1 during her weedkiller tour and im used to waiting In line all day so it's no big deal for me, just wondering if anyone had any insight on when a line starts to form. Im thinking of at least parking in the area by noon and just waiting in my car untill I see a line.
