Tyvenese (Vyvanse/lisdexamfetamine) 40mg is not improving my focus and is increasing anxiety, and I am still doom-scrolling on phone and unmotivated. I took no coffee today and worry about my work output. I made a to-do list to build momentum. If this medication is not right, I plan to discuss other brand options with my doctor.

I have 2 Terrace tickets for the Cork vs Offaly match and I'm hoping to swap them for 2 Stand tickets. I'm happy to pay any difference in price.
I'll be bringing my son, and he found it difficult standing for the full Cork vs Limerick game, so having seats would make the day much easier for him.
