Felt a bit better than usual, but then two weeks ago a flu with fever hit me. Since then I'm feeling very hopeless and a dark cloud is poisoning my thoughts. I usually never have fever, so this must have been something bad.

I feel like everytime I crash, I get flooded with bad thoughts. Makes brain retraining seem impossible. Having headaches since two weeks. Feels bad man.

Has someone good words for me?

warte mittlerweile seit 8 Monaten auf meinen §5 Schein und habe bereits zweimal nachgehakt, derzeit bekomme ich nicht mal mehr eine Antwort.

Was kann man da machen? Ist das noch normal?

I don't feel great since now 9 days. It gets better from day to day but I'm still more fatigued than before. What does this even mean? I didn't had it for nearly a decade. Before CFS I got ill every year.
