Week 2 of playing TM (Goal of top 100 in my State)

So, This week I had a goal its the end of the week or close to so I wanted to get top 100 late. I am having big struggles with the reactor. Are there any tips on how to control the reactor level?

New to trackmania and these weekly shorts were hard BUT, Im proud :)

I have no friends that play trackmania and I just kinda wanted to share with someone. I know its local but im still extremely happy with these. I even got AT on the full speed map.
