Hi, can someone tell me what creature left this fossil. It’s in flint from what I can tell. Found on a path near an old disused railway track in the New Forest.

These tyres have been on my camper for many years (possibly 10 or 11 years). I do less than 1k miles a year and am always reluctant to spend more money on her, considering how little I use her. The front two were replaced this year. The back two are still in reasonable condition. Would cost me £30 to get this fixed (if its repairable) vs £240+ for two mid range tyres. Is it repairable? What would you do in my situation? Maybe I'm just delaying the inevitable? UK based.
