Being denied access to my caretaker at an SSI doctor evaluation for my CDR

Is there anything i can do about this? I'm scheduled to attend an appointment in a few hours for the first CDR that has demanded a visit in over fifteen years. Since then I've gotten a caretaker and am in a wheelchair. The office notified me via text today that no one, and they mean no one, is allowed to enter the office but me.

But that's insane. I can't transfer on my own, i can't ambulate on my own, not without extreme pain at least. The office won't even take calls and their text goes out of its way to say that if any of their instructions are not followed they will refuse service and notify the SSA that i am "non compliant". They refuse to even provide directions to their office or it's physical address and say "check your paperwork, we won't give you anything".

Is there a complaint process for this? Or some manner in which i can note that i feel this appointment is attempting to isolate and deny me the caregiver my state has told me I'm legally entitled to?
