Nightmare

I used ST for years with no problem. Then I went to Spectrum. Terrible service in my rural area. So I changed to Verizon, bought a iPhone 17 pro, still no service, so I returned the phone to Verizon. Very difficult to return even though the sales tell you there is a 30 day period. Finally returned after having it 2 days with 0 service. Went back to ST, bought an iPhone 16e. Stayed on phone with customer service for 1.5 hrs 3 times a day. Still no service. Trying to return the new phone, but CS won't give me a RMA to return to a company in Indiana. Now I'm back with Spectrum, but free service for 1 yr. I'm 83 years old and only need a cell for traveling to town.
