20M Break up and Mid Life Crisis
I recently broke up with my GF. We were together for 4 years.
Life feels like hell.
I hate to admit it, but I guess I'm depressed.
I'm worried that I could never truly experience the same love and intimacy
with my future partner again.
Does this get any better ?
