Removing goldfish/koi hybrid from pond.

Hi y'all, I have a koi pond that was built over a decade ago, and over the years family members have tossed goldfish in there against my wishes and the pond ended up being neglected for a while due to a mix of financial hardship, depression, and me becoming unhappy with the fact that it was basically no longer a koi pond.

Things have changed and now I'm in a position where I can start clean with it. But over the years most if not all of my original koi died or were eaten by a predator when my fishing line barriers were broken. Now all I have look like fancy goldfish, koi hybrids, and some look like shubunkins, and there are A LOT of them.

My plan is to drain the pond entirely, and move all the fish to my galvanized horse trough while I try to rehome them. But my pond has huge chunks of water lilly plants where the fish like to spawn. We're talking 3 milk crates that have been consumed by root stock, one of them is so old and heavy that I can't physically pull them out of the pond, and even if I could, I'd still want to keep them. But I'd really want to make sure no eggs survived before I eventually re-assemble and fill the pond.

TLDR; Is there any way to get of fish eggs *without* killing the plants or my frogs? My first thought was to just let them dry out entirely in the empty pond and hope they'll come back, my other thought was to partially refill the pond with the plants still in it and treat it with potassium permanganate.
