Pioneer HR 100 Repair Part 3

First of all thanks for the advice from the last post!

After some recapping, speed adjustment and cleaning, this is how it sounds! You can hear the mechanism is working again. But the tape head doesn’t move. How can I fix this?

Part 2 Pioneer HR 100

Update on my Pioneer HR-100
I’ve identified the following issues so far:
The right channel has quite a bit of hiss/noise. The left channel also has some noise, but noticeably less.

Many capacitors on the amp unit seem to be bad.

The indicator lamps for tracks 1–4 are not working.

The Pioneer is not switching tracks properly, so it seems to be stuck on one program.

The unit runs too fast.

The power transistor on the speed adjustment unit is dead.

I also suspect that some transistors on the amp board are failing, which is probably causing the hiss/noise.

Other than that, the deck actually plays surprisingly well.
The belts still look decent, but I’ll replace them anyway.
The capacitors in the amp section will be replaced with Nichicon UKLs.
The power supply unit will also be rebuilt using Panasonic capacitors.
Do you guys have any additional tips for this restoration?
Also, what’s the best approach for servicing the head/block mechanism so the track changing works properly again? I assume old hardened grease is causing the mechanism to stick.
Thanks in advance!

Edit: X means no recap.

Hey Guys! I Actually have an Akai GXR 82 but I think of to buying myself an Wollensak 8075. Is it a good or bad idea to “upgrade” my system? Are there anyone who has one of those?

Thanks for answering I appreciate!
