I cant play with the account simply cuz I dont have the account password (the hacker changed the password, and I talked about my fool story in another post)

I' m beyond pissed off right now. My account got hijacked, and Microsoft’s "Digital Safety" team is acting like a bunch of dumbasses.
The hacker stole my account and immediately enabled 2FA. Now, every time I talk to support, they give me the same damn copy-pasted response: "Oh, 2FA is on, we can't help you. Case closed." Are you f*cking serious? So the "security" feature is now a tool for hackers to lock the rightful owners out forever? How stupid is your system?
I provided my hardware ID (Ryzen 7 5700X / 3060 Ti), my VIP+ Rank receipts, and the hacker’s IP, but the "specialists" like Ralph are too lazy to even check the logs. They’d rather protect a criminal than help a student who’s been playing for a decade.
It’s pathetic that a multi-billion dollar company has such sh*tty support. You’re basically telling hackers: "Just turn on 2FA after you steal an account, and we’ll protect you." Case ID: 7102794843. Fix your broken, brain-dead system and give me my account back.
