165kg Clean

This is My Goal Clean and Jerk, which I can Definitely Do Fresh I struggled through a 157 Clean two weeks ago My progression in this session was 140-150-165 The 150 Moved the fastest it’s ever moved so I went for it
My leg strength is blowing up from the added squat volume. I’m going for 170 140 next saturday after a little reset this weekend and into the beginning of next week

201kg x2 Back Squat 228kg x5 Eccentric Pin Quarter Squat

I hit a hard 205kg for one last week, I think I got 210-215 soon, The second rep should’ve gone up easier I was a little out of position. the pin squats felt amazing

Push Press 145kg Block Jerk 185kg

Both are big Prs BW around 89kg I think I got more in the tank 200kg and 160kg??? maybe coming soon

I went a little lighter today trying to sync my timing getting under the bar faster, it was definitely better but does anybody have any cues that would help

The biggest thing that’s helped clean up my form has been focusing on mobility with the bar or light weight. Opening up my shoulders, improving my ankle mobility as well as hip mobility, which all helped create a better back angle in my cleans, snatch and front squats. It’s made a huge difference in how stable everything feels.
