This is My Goal Clean and Jerk, which I can Definitely Do Fresh I struggled through a 157 Clean two weeks ago My progression in this session was 140-150-165 The 150 Moved the fastest it’s ever moved so I went for it
My leg strength is blowing up from the added squat volume. I’m going for 170 140 next saturday after a little reset this weekend and into the beginning of next week
