Started building something for our annual Bandon trip.

Portland guy with a yearly Bandon crew. I’ve been making a golf app for the trip over the last couple years during downtime at the fire station, with basically zero experience.

Mostly just wanted a way for the trip to actually live on somewhere afterward instead of disappearing into random photos, scorecards, and group texts.

Still a work in progress, but I’m excited to use it with our group at Bandon this November.

Figured some people in here might relate to being way too invested in an annual Bandon trip.

Edit: App is called Mulligan Crew. Built the whole thing on Bubble Native with basically no coding experience. Finally got it on the App Store!

Built a golf app for the guys who care more about the crew than the score.

I’m a firefighter/dad from Oregon and spent the last couple years building a golf app during downtime at the station.

No coding background. Just wanted something for the parts of golf that my group actually cares about — trips, rivalries, side bets, photos, standings, and round recaps.

Most apps seem built around GPS, stats, or improving your swing. I wanted one built more around the crew.

It’s live on the App Store now. Still improving it, but I’d love honest feedback from anyone who plays with the same group or does golf trips.

30-day free trial, no credit card required.

Spent two years building something at the fire station. Finally finished it.

Built a golf app for our crew trips. Took two years. Finally got it on the App Store.

I’m a Portland area firefighter and dad with no coding background. I wanted something that felt more like real golf culture — trip recaps, side bets, season standings, crew history, rivalries, all the stuff that usually disappears into group texts or fades from memory.

Built it over the last couple years during downtime at the station and after my daughter went to bed. Definitely not a developer by trade, so this was a learn-as-I-go project.

If anyone around Portland wants to try it with their group this summer, I’d love the feedback. Happy to extend the trial for anyone willing to really test it with their crew.
