Attention students on OHP and student health insurance

PacificSource is leaving the affordable care act and health insurance marketplace and will not be available in 2027. The student health insurance plan and some OHP plans are through PacificSource. I do not know which companies OHP and the student health insurance are moving to. SHAC should be providing information for those on the student health insurance. The Oregon Health Authority or Department of Human Services should be providing guidance for OHP members.

How list education history

Here's my education history:

CC 2018/01-2020/08

Uni 2020/09-2022/03

CC 2022/06-2023/08

Uni 2023/09-2025/09

I only attended one community college and one university. I only have cumulative GPAs for when I received my associates and bachelors. Is it fine to list them as [Uni] 2020/09-2025/06 [field of study][degree] [GPA] and [cc] 2018/01 [field of study] [degree] [GPA]?
