Help! How to make a 3D model for 3D printer?

Hi! So mine and my husbands favorite duo to go bot lane is Master Yi and Yuumi (I know…). I want to make my husband a gift that’s a 3D printed Master Yi and Yuumi figure (I’ll hand paint it) but I’m not sure how to actually make that… My vision is to just have a little Yuumi sitting on Master Yi’s shoulder. I genuinely do not know where to begin in trying to make that for 3D printing.
Is this possible? Can anyone out there help me bring this vision to life?

A couple years ago my partner had emergency surgery. Although it was supposed to be a short recovery time, his ended up taking longer than we expected. He had to take time off work, as did I - as well as pause my studies.

Years later, we have not been able to swim back up to the surface. It feels like we are drowning in medical debt, and our credit score has tanked. After job layoffs, school setbacks, school debts, emergency use of credit cards, and heavy maintenance for things in our personal lives, this debt has snowballed into something that has taken over our lives seemingly out of nowhere.

Anything will help us feel like we can get back on our feet. For years we have tried and failed. It just feels like we are on a sinking ship and to be able to pay off this debt will allow us to concentrate on our other ones. We do not have help from family or friends which makes this feel even more lonely.
