We're a family-run crystal store based in Rhodes, Greece, and we've been helping Swarovski collectors for many years. Alongside our physical store, we also operate vcrystals.com, where we ship worldwide.

Over the years we've handled thousands of Swarovski pieces—from retired figurines and annual editions to ornaments and hard-to-find collectibles. One thing we've noticed is how difficult it can be to replace a favourite piece after it's been discontinued.
