I’m about to get my real estate license in South Florida (Miami), and I’m aware that the competition is very tough—especially here.

I know I’ll be competing with very attractive women and people with much more experience, so I’ve been exploring and researching different options to figure out what path to take regarding my marketing strategy.

Does anyone have any strategies or recommendations they can share? I would really appreciate it.
