Is PS support the worst?
I think they might be the most incompetent support in the world. All I want to do is change the email address linked to my account because I no longer use the one that is connected, but the one that I use now is "already linked to a different account" despite me making the email well after I already had a playstation account. The only way to recover the account is my date of birth, but my birthday apparently isn't the correct answer. I try to contact support but only speak to bots. I have to lie about cancelling my subscription to get a real person, and they offer no help. They say my account is linked to New Zealand??? I live in the midwest... I try to contact NZ support, but it keeps saying "error", and I cannot talk to anyone, not even the bot.
What am I supposed to do? I cannot recover this supposed account. Has anyone had a similar experience and found a way to fix it? I want my ONLY account to have the email I actually use. So frustrating...
