I’m curious if anyone has any insight as to what kinds of interview questions would be asked for an applicant of the hr lead position. I applied for it with no hr background but some transferable skills. I figured it would be a bit of a stretch but I got an interview nonetheless.

I was just wondering how do you guys determine a safe withdrawal rate? I'm very much looking to keep growing my wheel account but I do want to place some of my profits in safer long term buy and hold funds as well as withdraw some to pay for real life expenses. Of course, uncle sam gets his cut too. I'm just wondering if anyone has any insight on how they successfully juggle all these different goals?
