Looking for recs for a realtor that has experience with first time home buyers in the South Shore area!

I’m at my wits end. My 7 month old Pug puppy will run (and by run I mean charge) the front door, bark, and obsessively lick the door when she hears our neighbor (loudly) shut their door. She could be asleep on my lap on the couch and if she hears it she immediately jumps up and runs to the door. She literally runs full force and jumps off the side of the couch. I’m so over it. I’ve tried a few different commands to redirect her after she does it but I can’t stop the actual behavior. I have her leash on right now while sitting on the couch because I don’t want her to do it again. My main concern is she’s going to get hurt while jumping off the couch like she does. I reward her when she doesn’t do it but when she does, it’s a split second reaction and I can’t stop/redirect her until she’s already at the door. Has anyone else dealt with something similar?
