Pembroke
In this blue state, I forget there are whole-ass towns like Pembroke that voted overwhelming for the felon-in-chief. But please explain the significance of flags bearing the words: God, Guns, and Trump. It’s Christian Nationals, right?

Really a sad day in hull, Massachusetts amongst other beaches. Just trying to spread awareness about this because it's not okay.
Thankfully the community is coming together to clean this mess up.
Looking to flip my grandmas house in Coho near downtown. I have a plan in mind for a reno but want to add a pool. It’s a modest home for Coho standards. Any pool builders to seek out or avoid?
I’m looking to build an addition on my home to add a couple of bedrooms and do pretty much a full renovation to the inside. Does anyone have any recommendations on a company that will handle the whole process for me and not cost a fortune?
Here are some tips to help you stay cool.
Aim for a realistic temperature: Set your thermostat to around 76 degrees when you are home.
Avoid the "blast" trap: Setting your thermostat to 60°F won't cool the house down any faster; it just forces the compressor to run longer, which can cause the system to freeze up.
Keep the fan on "Auto": Setting the fan to "On" runs it continuously, which can actually blow humidity back into your home between cooling cycles. "Auto" only runs the fan when the air is actively being cooled.
Block the sun: Close all blinds, curtains, or shades, especially on south and west facing windows.
Use ceiling fans (correctly): Ensure your ceiling fans are rotating counterclockwise to create a cooling downdraft. Fans cool people, not rooms, by speeding up sweat evaporation - turn them off when you leave the room.
Limit heat producing appliances: Avoid using the oven, stove, dishwasher, or clothes dryer during the hottest parts of the day. Grill outside or prepare cold meals.
I’m posting to see if anyone has any good male massage recommendations in the area. I’m curious to find someone new and a male would be a good switch up from the usual. Hope to hear 😊 DMs open
Hi— I’m expecting my first baby and would like to deliver at a Boston hospital (either Brigham or BI ideally) and wonder if anyone knows of any OBs who might have satellite offices on the south shore but deliver in Boston? My usual Dr only delivers at SSH and I haven’t heard great things about delivering there, so just hoping for some suggestions!
Hi everyone I’m looking for this pickle flavored beer, preferably somewhere near Marshfield. Has anyone seen it?
I have a camera w/multiple lenses I bought a couple years ago, I don't know how to use. I somehow thought I could channel my high school photograph class from 20 years ago. Not so much...
Are there any places/people that teach classes in person? I'm also open to any other hobby suggesions. I have none, lol...
I recently accepted a job offer where I'll be full time WFH. I need to make sure I have an outlet/people interaction. Thanks!
Had heard rave reviews for their buffalo chicken tender sandwiches and have to agree. Good sandwich and fast service! Nice soft bread and adequate variety of toppings for a neighborhood deli. Had hot peppers which was nice, but no olives (Womp Womp not complaining).
8.5/10
Had mine at 4:30 in the afternoon and the tendies had been sitting in the case for a little while; still good but I'm sure would be even better if you go earlier in the day!
Hi we live in Stoughton and my kids love playgrounds with ziplines. As of right now the only one I know of is Carolyn Woodward Memorial Playground in Walpole. And I was told Stephen Hinkley Memorial Park in Medfield but that is a 30 minute drive.
Know this isn't exactly south Shore but website like community Kangaroo and 365 in South Shore do not have any kind of forums section.
Any help would be appreciated greatly thank you.
We live in Braintree, looking for a good bagel spot.
Beginner here looking for people or places to play!
What stores have needohs and squishy
toys ?
Hi all! I know I already posted about this recently but just need 6 more locations! Maybe I’ll get some fresh eyes on this one. Does anyone know of any locations on public land that is heavily littered and that is in need of collecting ?
I’m looking to collect litter from places that are troubled. I’m not too familiar with south shore areas since I live on cape cod. Do you guys know of any particular areas that are filled with trash on public land? I’ve found that some ramps or highway areas can be great for this.
Unfortunately places by private areas such as plazas, malls, Home Depot’s or super markets aren’t great because no one wants to dispose of the bags I collect. Please share your thoughts.
Hello! Looking for a recommendation on a board and train facility for my 5 month old puppy around the south shore/south coast area that is reputable and not such an outrageous price tag (I know things cost but the places we’ve looked at are just crazy money). Thank you in advance
