I work at Accenture India. My current sick leave balance will be exhausted soon, and the next 12 sick leaves are scheduled to be credited on August 31.
If I submit my resignation in the first week of August (90-day notice, so I’ll still be on the payroll on Aug 31), will I still receive those 12 sick leaves? If yes, will I be allowed to use them during my notice period?
Has anyone been in a similar situation or knows how Accenture handles this?
