Love the Maxis but I have a niche complaint
Having the entire seat and arms be one complete assembly is a mistake imo. I would have liked to see at least 1 attachment/detachment point on the arms. As you can see I need a flight stick attached to my chair. I thought I could just bolt the mount up like I have with all my previous chairs, but the arms on this attach directly to the moving rail under the seat, with no detachment points anywhere in between. If for instance you want to remove the arms on your chair.... Too bad. So im forced to just zip tie my stick on to the arm rest with the cushion removed. I REALLY don't want to damage it and weld a mount on to the arm.... Even with that, it's still too high and I've had to raise my desk to compensate. We'll see if that works long term or I may have to switch back to my old chair.
Anyways, I know this is a pretty niche complaint, other than that I'm loving the chair. just something to keep in mind for future designs.
