How to reset a tablet with an admin that wont let me do anything?

So, I have this tablet, it's the Cherry Mobile Aqua Pad, and it was provided by my job. So, like, I can't put it on recovery mode, cuz you saw it has no command. I can't factory reset it because it was blocked by admin. How do I get it to, like, the startup mode so that I can log in my Google Play account, then I can install any apps that i want, then I will turn off Google Play services so that it won't go to the restricted version? How do I do that?

So the tablet used to, my co worker's tablet used to reset every two hours(it goes back to when you have to sign in). How do I get it back to that mode? Because mine won't reset anymore. How do I do that?

1st: Factory reset the tablet.

2nd: Set it up offline; do not connect to Wi-Fi.

3rd: Log in to your Google account via the Play Store and download everything you want—just make sure to finish within two hours.

4th: To prevent it from shutting down, go to Settings > Apps, select Google Play Store and Google Play Services, and disable them; then you're all set.

I just want to reset it
