THAT scene from S3 Episode 2 is one of the most brutal and shocking things I’ve ever seen on a television show.

it’s my first time watching so I’m gonna leave this sub ASAP but I just had to come on here and share this. Those who remember this episode know EXACTLY which scene I’m talking about. Absolutely vile! 🤢🤮

Rewatching "Whoever Did This" makes me feel stupid

When I first watched the show, I always knew Tony was a morally ambiguous anti-hero. It wasn't until "Kennedy and Heid" that I realized there's no redeeming qualities with him, and that the man I've been rooting for over 6 seasons, is the devil.

But now that I'm rewatching the show, I now realize that I should've stopped rooting for the guy long before.

4x9 "Whoever Did This" is a perfect example, after >!Tony brutally murders Ralph,!< whenever he calls Chris over, after covering his own ass, he then starts to shame Chris for his addiction.

What's so clear to me now, is no matter how big a situation or problem is,

  1. It's never his fault

  2. He always steers away from the problem to then put someone else down

I just feel like a fucking idiot for thinking this guy somehow could ever be capable of not being an evil, manipulative and selfish scumbag with the absolute worst intentions. There will never be a television show ever again with such masterful acting and writing.

I also believe no show has ever captured the bleak and brutal side of human nature. What was the moment that you guys stopped rooting for Tony completely? I'd love to hear some answers. :)
