Finding myself immensely irritated by the fact that we don’t have the hours to give people, are constantly scolded about payroll for our mediocre checks, can’t pay our employees better, yet the company can hire an actress for a commercial? Cool, cool, coooooool. Anytime I wanna be optimistic about my future here, stuff like this happens and I’m reminded how little we actually matter to the company we help keep running. 🙂‍↔️
