How do you guys deal with the anger of knowing what the animal agriculture industry consists of? I understand that the frustration can help to continue the fight for animal rights, but I just feel isolated and debilitated. Everyone in my life eats meat and dairy, and I feel like I’m constantly harping or just feeling disgusted. I know it’s ineffective to actually convert them, but I just feel so sad.
This isn’t super coherent I just don’t know how to feel rational/be effective in my conversations
On the other hand, what are your tips to effectively engage with meat eaters?
