This Ferrari casting was a little lacking in detail, so I gave it some custom treatment and tried to replicate the real-life counterpart as closely as I could!
NOTE: I hand-painted the helmet to match Schumacher’s actual helmet. 🏁
The wheels I’ve used give it a slightly more modern look, but check out the last slide for a few other wheel options alongside the OG WHEEL for comparison.

There was something special about playing GTA Vice City back in those golden days. We’d load up our own songs on the radio, cruising around Vice City for hours, creating our own little soundtrack without even realizing how much those songs would stay with us. For me it was Wo Ajnabee!
And now, years later, every once in a while when randomly those song comes on , for a few seconds, you’re not here anymore.
You’re back in Vice City.

This casting has so much potential for a custom. Even straight out of the box it looked great—except for that big, ugly roll cage. Thankfully it’s a completely separate piece and comes off easily.
I kept only what I felt was necessary and added a few accessories to give it a more functional overland vibe: a fuel can, traction boards, and a spare wheel. Simple changes, but they completely transformed the look.💪🏻

I had found this in the leftover pile at Hamleys for just ₹179 and couldn’t believe the value. Great paint, rubber tires (yeah, the wheel color was awful), plastic insert headlights, and surprisingly good details all around.🤩
I recently took it apart to repaint the wheels black and give it a Barbie-themed livery as a gift for my wife. While disassembling it, I was blown away by the interior. The steering wheel is actually properly sculpted with real detail instead of being just a generic blob of plastic like you often see on Hot Wheels. It was such an unexpected surprise on a budget casting.

The W1 is such a gorgeous casting, but none of the previous colorways really did justice to all the sculpted details. The black just eats up all the details, the blue idk why it even exists. This Papaya Orange is the color for it. Finally managed to get one thanks to a fellow collector, and after adding all the missing details, it’s easily become one of my favorite castings in the collection. What do you guys think?

This casting honestly felt unfinished out of the blister. No tampos, no livery, not even a single sponsor decal… it just looked too plain for a hypercar compared to what the Peugeot got out of the box.
So I gave it the treatment it deserved: a full custom two-tone paint job, custom decals, and even reworked the mainline wheels to resemble Real Riders. Now it finally feels worthy of sitting with the rest of my Hot Wheels hypercar fleet.
What do you guys think? Did this casting deserve more love from the factory?

Guys, I present to you: the Audi Revolut F1! 🔴⚫️

As soon as I saw Audi’s fresh, subtle team livery ( what Audi is known for), I knew I had to make a mainline version for my F1 Grid collection. This was a really fun one to put together. I’m especially proud of the dual-tone paint job I managed to pull off on such a small casting, and the decals were by far the most enjoyable part of the process.

Overall, I’m pretty happy with how it turned out! What do you guys think? And the big question: when Mattel eventually releases their official version, do you think they’ll top this one? 👀😄

Like most of us, I wasn’t a fan of this casting in its mainline form either—it felt pretty underwhelming. But after adding the missing details and swapping in some proper wheels, it completely changed my opinion. It actually has much better proportions and presence than I initially gave it credit for. Maybe the mainline treatment does not do justice to it👀🔥 What do yall think?🤔

Detailed this beautiful Hypercar today. Added the missing body graphics and minor details to have a full livery on it unlike the limited prints on the mainline. The added details on the wheels make it look like it has custom real riders on it! Last slide has the stock mainline for reference. How is it?

The mainline Ferrari castings are already beautiful and wheel swapping and detailing them just makes them so much more premium! The interior details on these ones are superb and exact to the real cars.

There are always a few castings that Hot Wheels releases which feel like much more than just a $1 toy. This Subaru feels like one of those. With the added headlight and taillight details, plus the wheel swap, it genuinely starts looking like it deserves a spot in the Premium lineup rather than the mainline.

Note: I added a front lip since the stock front overhang looked a bit to high & awkward — probably due to the design compromises needed for Hot Wheels track compatibility.
