Injection 2.4 - Struggling - Side effects?

I am on month 2 of the highest dose i've done so far, 2.4.

Since last week i have been experiencing multiple issues, since sulphur burps, gas, bloating, nausea and cramps. This lasted for a while and then died down on the weekend.

Then it got back this monday, i take my injections on wednesday.

Anyone else feeling the same symptoms and knows how to solve this? I may have to talk with the doc for this one. I was doing so fine with just some mild nausea in a morning or another.

It's weird... i have been doing small meals and nothing too fatty. I can't understand this...

Edit - Coming here to say that i most likely caught something on a swimming pool.

Looking for fantasy / lore-heavy book recommendations (LOTR, Witcher, GoT vibes)

Hey everyone,

There's a book fair coming up this weekend with price reductions and such, and I’m looking for some new book recommendations and thought I’d ask here.

I’ve recently read and really enjoyed series like The Lord of the Rings, The Witcher, Game of Thrones, and a few others like Babel and How to Kill Your Boss.

What I really love in books is when they have rich world-building and deep lore — especially when the universe feels big, interconnected, and well thought out. I also enjoy stories that expand their world over multiple books rather than being standalone. And please... none of those romancing sagas. I'm middle aged.

So I’m basically looking for:

  • Fantasy with strong world-building
  • Deep lore / expanded universes
  • Preferably series rather than standalone books
  • Something with a similar “immersive world” feeling to LOTR or Witcher

Would really appreciate any suggestions you think fit that vibe. Bonus points if it’s a lesser-known gem!

Informational video (to share with families and friends)

Kurzgesagt or In a Nutshell has been around for a while. They have some of the best information videos with very easy and detailed explanations. This is a good way to explain to friends and families what we are going through with this disease called obesity.

Wegovy falls in this category so i decided this needed to be here!
