ISO LANDLORD

Hello! I’m looking for a landlord who is legit, relatively cheap, and accepts larger dogs. I cannot seem to find a single one in Erie. I cannot drive around as I am moving into Erie! Thanks

Chances of being approved on rent

Hello! I’m a 22 year old who is moving to the area. I have never rented or leased before. I have two dogs (goldens) I am just wondering if anyone knows the chances of me getting approved at Willowood or any other property. I would like a townhouse due to having two dogs.

I make about 2,900 clear monthly. I do work in healthcare so my monthly salary fluctuates depending upon need, but never lower than 2900. I’m looking at one that’s around 1,800 a month. I don’t have a car payment or anything else that would take a lot of money monthly.

Dog Tag Help

Hi! This is completely going out on a limb here but I just need advice.

My HOA states that dogs have to be on leashes if unattended outside. So, even though my babies are good, I leash them when they go potty.

Recently, my partner has been clipping the leash on the ring that connects my dogs’ tag to the collar and it’s been ripping off the tags and I cannot find them. I have spent over $100 on tags in the last month because it’s an almost everyday occurrence. I have told him time and time again to use the big o ring attached to the collar and he still refuses to listen.

Is there a way to help reinforce the tags or something? I feel like a broken record always repeating the most common sense statements. I’m a nurse so I’m out of the house most of the day and he works from home so it’s not something I can try to fix myself.

I’m honestly just over it at this point. I need something to help me not spend a chunk of my paycheck on dog tags when I don’t need too.

Hello! My 12 week old golden recently started to whine in the cage again. Nothing seemingly has changed and I have ensured that all her needs are met. I even made the cage a little bigger with the divider for her.

She whined the first few days of being in her cage when I first brought her home but she outgrew it within 3-5 days. She was good for a month, and now if she’s in her cage for more than like 15 minutes, she’ll whine. This has been going on for about a week now.

-Is this normal?
-What should I do if she continues?

Here’s a pic of the sweet girl in my car shortly after I got her

EDIT: this is mainly when she goes to bed at night. She’ll fall asleep by me, I’ll let outside to go potty, and put her in at night. She seems tired and was doing great with this routine until recently
