What’s causing my screen to look like this?
I know it’s not an issue with the TV as it runs my Wii just fine, I even bought the Retrovision Component Cable for it. How do I fix this?

What are the limits of calling for violence in a political context in a song. Like for example if I were to say “somebody should kill the president” or call for a violent revolution, would I be breaking the law, and if that would be illegal, what’s the farthest I could legally go in terms of calling for violence. Also, would the legality of the words change if I added a disclaimer that said something along the lines of “Any and all threats of violence are fictitious and I do not condone any acts of violence against anyone”
