[Selling] [EU/WW] Tadokoro ginsan 240mm gyuto
Hello Fellow knife enthusiasts,
Up for grabs here is a Tadokoro ginsan 240mm gyuto:
- Weight: 235g
- Edge x heel height: 230mm x 50mm
- Distal taper: roughly 3,6cm at the handle ; 3,3cm at the heel ; 2,8cm middle ; < 1cm at the tip
If you've been hanging around TCK, I don't think I need to introduce Makoto Tadokoro, who was a student of the legend Morihiro-san himself.
Forged (presumably) by Nakagawa-san, it is one of the most beautiful knife I have owned (I mean, look at the brushed finish and the crisp shinogi line).
Asking 370€+ shipping (would prefer to keep it in EU but open to WW shipping if necessary).
Knife came without much of an edge though, so I had it professionally sharpened (was a quick job on a Naniwa chocera pro 1000).
Used the knife a 5 times or so to prep dinner (home cook), so knife is practically new.
Thank you for your attention and let me know if you have any questions!
Cheers!
