I am extremely addicted to watching her perform sushi at Coachella this year all the sudden it’s wiped from the internet :((( does anyone have any context on this I’m very nosy

I’ve been a patient for abt 3 years now. Time for me to renew, I waited until after my card expired to pay the annual $50 fee. I waited until after paying the fee to see the doc for recertification. My status said it was inactive so I called support just to see if I fucked it all up by not only doing the whole thing backwards but also after the initial expiration date (I was only behind 2/3 weeks). Part of me thinks I was speaking to an ai bot because my questions weren’t really answered clearly, but she basically was like I need to get another certification. Even though I just got one that day.. the thing that was confusing me was I didn’t know if she meant a new certification or a renewal. And she was spitting the same answers so I rlly think it was ai

Would I need to get a new certification instead of the renewal? Or do I just have to wait since my status is now pending? Sorry if this is stupid I just am worried and just spent a lot of money, don’t wanna spend more on a new certification😭 it’s 2026 we’re all poor now
