I completed the free battle pass today, is it worth buying the premium for 2500 dubs if I already own Arizona? What is the compensation for already owning Arizona?

I haven't played WoWs in almost 3 years. I needed to take a break and now im getting the itch to play again. What has changed that I should know? The last i knew if you stopped playing for 6+ months you could use new player codes, is that still a thing? And anybody know what the best code would happen to be?
