I picked up my dress from the shop and it somehow fit perfectly. All I needed to do was hem and bustle it at the tailor.

When I picked it up from the tailor, it didn’t lay flat on my stomach anymore. The lining has fabric bunched up now. Seamstress is dismissive of my before and after photos and says it’s the manufacturers fault and has always been like this… attached are before and after pictures. Seamstress says it’s always been this way and can’t be fixed.

Does anyone have any advice? Or theories of what it could be?
