Persistent chin/jawline acne for over a year. Tried Epiduo, lifestyle changes, still struggling. Any ideas?

Hi everyone,

I’ve been dealing with acne for over a year, mainly on my chin and jawline, with a few pimples on my cheeks and forehead. The chin is by far the worst—it keeps breaking out and leaves red marks that take forever to fade.

So far I’ve tried:
Epiduo for several months
Gentle skincare routine
Not picking my skin
Clean pillowcases
Healthy diet and regular exercise

I’m a 25-year-old female with regular periods. My acne doesn’t seem to be linked to my cycle.

The photos show my current skin. My cheeks have improved, but my chin just won’t clear up.
Does this look hormonal? If Epiduo isn’t enough, what would you recommend trying next? Has anyone had similar acne and found something that finally worked?
