I create content around scoliosis and I’m thinking of starting a global Instagram group for people with scoliosis. Just a space to connect, share experiences, ask questions, rant, exchange advice, and talk to people who actually get it.

Recently hosted a small virtual meetup for our community. It was honestly so wholesome. We got on a call, shared our experiences, asked questions, talked about things only people with scoliosis really understand, and just connected.

So I’m thinking of starting a global scoliosis community on Instagram 🌎
Nothing too formal. Just a space to connect with people who understand what living with scoliosis is actually like.

Hi everyone! I’ll be traveling by flight soon while wearing my scoliosis brace, and I’m wondering what others have done.

For those of you who have flown while wearing a brace:
- Do you keep your brace on for the entire flight?
- Is it comfortable/safe to sit in the airplane seat with it on?
- Or do you remove it during the flight and keep it in your carry-on/overhead bin?
- Did you have any issues with airport security or airline staff because of the brace?

In car while wearing scoliosis brace. My apprehension comes from the fact that roads in my area are not well built and has a lot of potholes.

Hi, I have been wearing brace since last 4 months but I am not able to wear it for more than 2 hours in continuation. After 2 hours I need to remove it and take a break. Does this happen with everyone?
