Hi. I made this shortcut to help me ground myself when I feel anxious, nervous or just need a short break.

It’s customizable for your timing needs, of course. Note: This shortcut does turn the Do Not Disturb focus on for the duration of the “session” however will turn it off 30 seconds after completion.
