[Hiring] - Lusaka - K15,000-25,000 per month - Software Developer (PHP / JavaScript)

I'm looking for one developer to work alongside me. Small team, real

production traffic, work that has to hold up.

**The work**

PHP and JavaScript. Databases, APIs, deployment and CI.

**What I'm actually looking for**

I'm not hiring for a framework. I care that you can pick up a technology you

haven't used, learn it properly, and build with it to a standard that survives

production — not a demo. Read the docs. Follow the conventions of the codebase

you're in. Test what you write. Say plainly when something is broken, including

when you broke it.

You should be comfortable debugging code you didn't write, and comfortable

being told your approach is wrong.

**Requirements**

- Based in Lusaka

- Solid PHP and JavaScript

- A portfolio or GitHub — code I can actually read

- Able to walk me through one technical decision you made and why

Not required: a degree, or experience with any particular framework.

If you don't have serious skills at this level, please don't write. And don't

send me an application written by AI — I'll know.

**How to apply**

DM me, or email youtabon07@gmail.com, with your portfolio or GitHub and a

short note on one hard problem you solved and how you approached it.

Please don't apply in the comments.
