Finally got under 200lbs after 10 years!

I've been fasting and dieting on and off for the last 15 years. The last time I made a major push was over 10 years ago when I got under 190lbs (46M , 6"1' for reference). Happy to share that I've been back on my fasting journey since March of this year (with a 2 month break in there too even) , and am at my lowest weight since 2016. It hasn't always been easy but lately been getting used to eating most every other day (ADF).

How to get rid of environmental protests?!

I've been trying to do more environmental things, and it looks like as the environmental membership grows and their complacency grows it becomes harder and harder to get rid of these protests. Even just starting as the UK with the protest I've been finding it impossible to get rid of them. Any ideas and thoughts on how to get rid of this nonsense!

3 month mark and trying not let discouragement creep in. Any advice?

I started my fasting journey about 3 months ago at 236lbs, 6'1" 42M. My goal weight is 189lb. Not surprisingly I saw some massive gains at the beginning of my fasting journey but the last month I've been basically stagnant. The graph only shows longer fasts, I've been doing a combination of OMAD and 18:6 the other days except for 9 days with no fasting. I've been trying to approach the journey with sustainability in mind by not fasting/minimally fasting on trips and planning fasts around nights out to dinner, etc so the effect on my family/social life is minimal. Up until recently I was not weighing myself frequently only doing so when I was deep into a fast typically so that's probably the rock bottom weight for each of those. As of now, I'm trying to get a better idea of where I'm at so have started more frequent weigh-ins to hopefully stop worrying so much as I've been putting pressure on myself with the infrequent weigh-ins. I'm trying to just trust the process as I've been feeling a lot healthier, heartburn is gone, body inflammation gone, better quality sleep, and just feeling healther. With that said, I really want to make positive progress. The last month has felt tough as I've lost almost no weight in a month though despite still fasting frequently.

As of this point, I've been eating whatever I want between fasts and I'm wondering if I just need to start counting calories again. My loseit app says I can do 1,773 calories a day and still lose 2lbs a week. I also am thinking I could additionally (or just do this) , move to keto as I have in the past.

Thanks for any thoughts, I am continuing the effort but wanted to post to hopefully alleviate this growing discouragement that I'm trying to squash. I know others have worked so so much harder than me and your amazing efforts have encouraged me so much, thank you everyone.

So I got this notification that my AliExpress order through the Damiensaber store has been cancelled due to lack of your order shipping? Has anyone else dealt with this? Is this the official damiensaber store im using or did I mess that up? I saw multiple damiensaber stores on the site. Thanks for any help, I'm lost , I thought this was a reputable company?
