Hello everyone, I’m back again with a new question. Anyone faced extreme constipation after taking mounjaro? If yes, how did you treat that?
I drink a lot of water and eat plenty of veggies. Practically no bread.
Any natural remedies please. I don’t want to take more medicines 😅
Hello everyone, I’m very new in this community. I started mounjaro 2 months ago. I haven’t lost any weight. I’m not obese. I weigh 84kgs. My dr started this medication because I used to get food attacks and there was no control, I had gained 10kgs in last 5 months. I started 1,25mg for 4 weeks (as per the dr) then it’s been 4 weeks with 2,5mg. I have lost 1 kg overall. Today again I had some cravings and food attacks.
I have seen people loosing weight, for me is it not working?
Please no judging, I joined this group to understand the process of this medication.
