Hiring: Cold Caller / Appointment Setter
**Remote | Philippines / Asia | Australian Market**
We’re hiring **2–3 experienced cold callers/appointment setters** to contact Australian contractor businesses and book qualified meetings.

### Requirements
- Based in the **Philippines or Asia**
- At least **3 months’ cold-calling or appointment-setting experience**
- Clear English and confidence speaking with Australian business owners
- Comfortable making hundreds of calls per day
- Strong objection handling and reliable work ethic
- Available Monday–Friday during Australian business hours
### Compensation
- Performance-based starting pay
- **$8 per qualified show**
- Up to **8% commission on originated sales**, capped at **$200 per sale**
- Progression toward **$1,000–$3,000+ monthly OTE** for strong performers
**Target:** 7–10+ qualified bookings per day.
A one-week trial is required. Payment available via bank transfer, Wise, or crypto.
