Risen 3 >! Didn't play Elex so it might have been there too !< had a really cool feature where they changed the look of the protagonist based on the faction you joined.

One thing that always annoyed me in the first Gothic, is that when joining the swamp camp Bezi was the only faction member that run around with full head of hair.

I have been avoiding most of the gameplay videos so maybe they mentioned something in one of them.

I know that there will be armor customization but nothing else.
