One thing that always annoyed me in the first Gothic, is that when joining the swamp camp Bezi was the only faction member that run around with full head of hair.

I have been avoiding most of the gameplay videos so maybe they mentioned something in one of them.

I know that there will be armor customization but nothing else.

I played the Gothic 1 Remake - Demo and will be pre ordering the game. I have never played the Gothic series and have done some research on the games. It seems like Gothic 2 has a more in depth necromancer class compared to 1, and I was curious to hear others thougts on this. Either way, I'm going to play the game to enjoy it and just want to hear what yall think about 1 vs 2 when it comes to necromancy and what key differences there are. Please no story spoilers, as I would like to play the game with as little knowledge about the story as possible.

Does the remake capture Gothic without the bugs or is it more of Arcana? Is it worth the $50 US?

How long will the main story and side quests of Gothic 1 Remake take on average? Are choices important in the game, and will the remake offer replayability with different experiences?

Currently doing a playthrough of the mod and its been quite a blast so far. I went guildless out of curiosity and am now in chapter 5. I decided on a mage playthrough as Xardas taught me the magic circles. Now that he is gone I am stuck with circle 4 and can't seem to find anyone willing to teach me circle 5 or even 6 (which i think is tied to chapter 6 anyway)

The AI answers given by searching are useless as some say you have to have 480 mana for circle 5 but that didn't work either. Nobody is offering to teach it to me.

Is there a teacher I overlooked? Am I stuck with circle 4? Couldn't find an answer online, maybe someone knows.

Because seeing some of the comments about it makes me want to die. Honestly sometimes it just feels so miserable to be positive about this remake in any capacity.

And I know I should not take such things to heart, but Jesus Christ. The amount of people that straight up wish for this game to fail and say shit like "This game will fail and Alkimia will shut down one month later". It just sucks so much.

Looking at this and how people speak of the devs just makes me realize how shitty we can be and it makes me feel all ewwy about myself. Good lord.

I just bought the remake, but have never played the original. I want to build a two handed mage character, and spend the level up points on all utility skills as well like hunting and pick pocketing.

Are there enough skill points in the game to do this? Do I need to skip one handed training. I’ve done some research and it seems like you can skip one handed by >!joining the new camp and just leveling strength until you get to level 10!<

Do I need to skip one handed training to complete a two handed mage build?
Also what is the difference between different schools of magic? There is apparently water and fire magic but I don’t know the difference.

Good morning, as we all know, the game officially comes out on June 5th, but so far, I don't seem to have read any information regarding the shipping date. Considering that I live on one of the Italian islands, when will I realistically be able to receive my order from the THQ Nordic EU Store?
