Truthear hexa always slide out of my ears, Basically IEMs in general, FIX?

I love my Truthear hexa, but they always slide out after some time, I tried a few different tips but neither of them Solved that problem. I tried the originals, Spinfit w1, cp155 and Dunu SS which I like the most. Perfect seal and comfort, but also they slide out, not all the way though, they still seal but it feels weird .
Had that problem with every iem I tried. I tried galaxy buds, some Sennheiser, Kiwi ears cadenza, and AirPods Pro. long nozzle iems def. Help, as short nozzle iems like galaxy buds just fall out.

is there a fix?

Grell OAE 1 vs OAE 2 headband comfort issues

I like my grell OAE 1 but it hurts my bald head after a short time and i get a big red Hotspot. If you are interested I can show a picture 😄😄. Is the OAE2 headband an upgrade to the first one? On the grell website they say the OAE 2 Headband prevents Hotspots. I’m looking forward until the Accessoires parts become available in Germany. Grell said it should be available in 2 Month Via Email, and that was 2 Month ago 😄

I currently have the Topeak Joe Blow III pump and I'm not entirely satisfied with it. because you always have to press really hard, you never really know if the head is secure, and the valves tend to bend. I'm looking for a pump with a screw-on pump head, just like the Lezyne Classic Floor Drive. Unfortunately, the gauge on that one is very rough and inaccurate, so I was wondering if the Lezyne ABS 1 pump head can be screwed onto the Topeak pump. I’ve spent hours searching online but haven’t found anything. If that doesn’t work, is there another brand with a screw-on head? Thanks in Advance :)
