I have a screening interview coming up for a “behind the scenes” position (like lightning technician, carpenter, painter, etc). Was wondering what that process is like. Is the screening interview an interview with the actual department I would be working in or is it a general HR person reviewing qualifications? How many interviews do you typically go through? Thanks!
