Day-1 of growing my SaaS from $0 to $100 MRR (No promotion)

It's been a month since I built my SaaS.

So far:
- 250+ users
- 110+ projects created
- ~$18 in total revenue

I've spent most of my time building, shipping updates, and iterating on the product. I initially offered a lifetime deal, which I've now removed. Now I'm shifting my focus from building features to marketing and getting paying customers.

Currently, I promote on X and YouTube, but most of my traffic comes from AI search, especially ChatGPT. For those who've grown their SaaS from scratch, what marketing channels would you recommend I focus on next? And what would you do in my position to get the first few paying customers?

I built a tool to redesign your landing pages

I built ResetUI to help founders improve their landing pages without starting from scratch.

The idea is simple. Paste your current website URL, describe the design direction you want, and ResetUI captures the brand, copy, CTAs, sections, images, and layout. Then it generates a redesigned landing page that you can edit with chat and export as code.

This can be helpful if your product is good, but your landing page feels messy, unclear, outdated, or not polished enough to build trust. Instead of guessing what to change or rebuilding everything manually, you can generate a new direction and refine it from there.

ResetUI currently supports HTML, React, Next.js, Vue, and Svelte exports. It also has templates, version history, undo and redo, chat edits, and a one-time trial plan.

So far, 75+ users have joined and 60+ web designs have been generated successfully.

Would love feedback from founders here. Try it here

I built a tool that redesigns SaaS landing pages from just a URL

Here’s the project that I built, ResetUI, a SaaS that helps founders redesign their existing landing page without starting from scratch.

Here’s how it works: you paste your current website URL, describe the design direction you want, and ResetUI captures the page, understands the brand, copy, CTAs, sections, and images, then generates a redesigned version.

After that, you can edit it with chat, change accent colors, use undo/redo, restore older versions, and export the final page as HTML, React, Next.js, Vue, or Svelte.

I built this because a lot of micro SaaS founders ship their landing page quickly, but later struggle with making it look more polished and conversion focused. Feedback like “make it cleaner” is common, but it is hard to know what to actually change.

It is still in beta, and I’m limiting access to a small number of users while improving the redesign quality. You can try it out resetui.com

Would love feedback from other SaaS founders. Would you use something like this for your own product page?

I built ResetUI, an AI tool that redesigns existing landing pages

I built ResetUI, an AI tool that redesigns existing landing pages

The idea came from a problem I kept seeing with AI website builders: they can generate something pretty, but they often ignore the real site, lose important copy, invent fake sections, or drift away from the actual product. ResetUI works differently. You paste an existing website URL, it captures the page, understands the structure, copy, CTAs, brand colors, fonts, images, and overall intent, then generates a cleaner redesigned version of that same landing page.

I recently launched v1.0.1. This version adds undo and redo, version history, better canvas design controls, more reliable chat-to-design editing, direct signup, and improvements to generation quality and speed. The big goal with this update was control. I don’t want AI redesign to feel like gambling on one random output. I want it to feel like a workflow where you can iterate, go back, restore previous versions, and keep improving the design without losing your work.

Right now, it is focused on landing page redesigns. You can import a URL, choose a design direction, generate the redesign, edit it with chat, preview it on a canvas, and export the final result as HTML/CSS. It is still early, but it is already useful for founders, indie hackers, and SaaS teams who want a better landing page without starting from zero.

I’d love honest feedback from builders, designers, and anyone who has tried AI website tools before. The main thing I’m trying to figure out is what would make this feel genuinely useful in a real design or launch workflow, not just impressive for a demo.

Does a really good landing page actually make users pay sooner?

I’ve been thinking about this a lot while looking at landing pages.

If a product solves a real problem, but the landing page looks average, unclear, or messy, do users delay signing up or paying because they don’t fully trust it yet?

A lot of early stage products have this problem. The product might be useful, but the website does not explain the value clearly. The headline is vague, the layout feels unfinished, the CTA is buried, and the page does not make the product feel trustworthy enough.

I have also seen some products with avg landing page making more rev compared to a polished high level landing page...

This is also why I started working on ResetUI. The idea is to paste an existing website URL and get a high fidelity redesigned version that keeps the brand and content, but improves the layout, hierarchy, and overall clarity. I’m trying to understand whether better design actually helps users trust a product faster, or if it only makes the page look nicer.

I know the product matters most, but I feel like landing page design affects perceived value, trust, and how serious the product feels. A clean page can make a small SaaS feel more credible, while a messy one can make even a useful product feel risky.

Curious from founders here. Have you ever improved your landing page design and noticed better signups, demos, trials, or paid conversions?

I’m launching a tool that redesigns your SaaS website.

I’m working on ResetUI, a tool where you paste your current SaaS website URL & get a high fidelity redesigned version that you can edit and export to code.

The goal is not to generate another pretty screenshot or random AI mockup. I want it to be useful for founders who already shipped a landing page but know it needs to look better, convert better, and feel more polished.

I’m building this because I’ve seen a lot of SaaS founders get stuck in the same loop. They build the product, ship the landing page fast, get low conversions, ask for feedback, and mostly hear vague comments like “make it cleaner” without knowing what to actually change.

The current flow is simple. You paste a URL, ResetUI reads the page, understands the brand and content, generates a redesigned landing page, lets you refine it, and then exports the final result as code.

I’m trying to avoid building another generic AI design tool, so I’d love honest feedback from founders here. What would make this valuable enough for you to actually use? Better visual redesign, better conversion focused layout, React or Tailwind export, before and after comparison, or section level feedback before redesigning?

This is still in beta, so I’m only allowing 25 users for now through request access. Would genuinely appreciate brutal feedback. Try it on: https://resetui\[dot\]com

I’m building a new project and looking for a few beta users who can try it and give honest feedback. I'm sorry that its not pay for testing right now, so this is mainly for someone who is genuinely interested in testing new products and sharing useful feedback.

What I need:
- Try the product
- Tell me what feels confusing
- Share what features are missing
- Give honest feedback on whether it solves a real problem
- You don’t need to be technical.

Just need a few people who are open to testing and giving direct feedback.
