Accidental Rangers Ticket Purchase
Hi everyone! I’m hoping someone can help me out. I accidentally bought 2 tickets to Rangers vs Toronto on April 10, 2027, and unfortunately Ticketmaster won’t let me resell them because I’m based in Australia and can’t use a US postcode/payment details.

I’m travelling from Australia and hoping to find a Rangers fan who’d love to take them off my hands.

I’m from Australia and travelling to NYC in April 2027. I accidentally bought 2 resale tickets for Rangers vs Maple Leafs at MSG on April 10, when I meant to buy Rangers vs Panthers on April 3.
I contacted Ticketmaster and they’ve said they can’t refund or exchange them because they’re resale tickets, and told me to resell them.
The problem is I’ve tried to use the Ticketmaster resale facility, but it won’t accept my Australian postcode when I try to set up the payout. Ticketmaster has basically told me there’s nothing else they can do.
Has anyone here had experience with this? Is there a way for an Australian to resell US Ticketmaster tickets, or is there another legitimate way I can sell/transfer them?
I’d really rather sort this out than lose the ~$770 AUD I paid. Any advice would be massively appreciated!
